With this goal in mind, Circle Works, co-presented by Plastic Reboot, has launched CircuLaunchpad, a five-day startup incubation camp in Baguio City that brings together promising young founders from across the Cordillera.

The program equips participants with the entrepreneurial mindset, practical tools, mentorship, and networks needed to build startups that address plastic waste, resource efficiency, and other sustainability challenges through circular economy solutions.

The journey began with Day 0, where participants built connections through introductions, camp agreements, and sessions promoting inclusive collaboration. Establishing a supportive community created the foundation for the intensive learning experience that followed.

On Day 1, founders participated in entrepreneur talks, interactive workshops, and practical exercises designed to strengthen their business concepts. The Green Business, Infrastructure, and Finance component is implemented by Expertise France, co-led by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and co-implemented with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) Philippines, supporting initiatives that promote sustainable entrepreneurship and green innovation across the country.
